3. Has this person prepared a Business Plan? (Please provide a copy, if available)

4. To what extent has this person enhanced employee growth at the business? (Please explain)

5. What impact has this person had on the economy of Summerside and area? (i.e. Growth in sales, Community involvement, Marketing initiatives)

6. In the course of establishing and developing the business, to what extent has this person had to overcome adversity, if any?

7. Has this individual received any other notable achievements? (Please provide copies of newspaper clippings, certificates, etc., if available and/or possible)
